What to have ready

The more you can tell us up front, the easier it is to land on the right size and get the box in the right spot:

• The address. We serve Lexington and the rest of Fayette County. If you're in a nearby town, call to confirm your address. See our service areas.
• What's going in. Mention anything heavy (shingles, concrete, brick, dirt) and anything that can't go in with the rest (appliances, tires, paint).
• Where you want it set. Lexington jobs usually go in the driveway. If the box has to sit on the street, the City requires a lane blockage permit, so ask the City first. If there's a gate, a gate code or a tight turn to get in, tell us.
• HOA or historic district. If you have an HOA, check its rules before delivery day. In a historic district, exterior work needs City sign-off first.
